About the name of this blog

The blog and the domain name have 2 meanings.

One is indicating that it is about carbon credits.

I have published an article titled "BBCC: A Climate Solution" at the Aoyama Gakuin Law Journal in 2023.

That article discusses on how Bitcoin could help with solving the climate crisis.

So I want "carbon" in the name.

The other part, 2062 is a shameless copy of something George Orwell did, when he came up with the title "1984" for one of his books, although some people doubt that theory.

It comes from the fact that I will be 68 on January 30 next year, ending my active period as a professor of law at Aoyama Gakuin University and turning over to pensioner life. And changing the last 2 numbers from 2026 to 2062 is basically the same idea as changing 1948 to 1984.
